Plans of bvm moto in 2010

For over 25 years we have been very successful BMW dealers, consistently exceeding our sales targets. However at the beginning of this year BMW demanded that we moved to Cheltenham or Gloucester. We looked at possible sites, but decided that a £1.5 million investment in the middle of the biggest recession in living memory would be financial suicide. We own the freehold here with no mortgage, which gives us plenty of security in these difficult times.

We have decided to stay in Stroud and continue as Independent BMW Dealers. We can supply bikes, parts and accessories plus servicing just as before. We are still very passionate about the brand and will do our utmost to look after all our existing friends and customers and of course hope to attract new ones.

Our trials side continues to flourish and we now have a great online shop (www.bvm-moto.co.uk) which we will continue to expand.

As an immediate bonus we are reducing our retail labour rate from £59 to £52.50 per hour (+VAT) from the 1st December. In addition we are pleased to offer a 15% discount off clothing.

We are in talks with other manufacturers with regard to another possible franchise - please watch the website for details.
